Typographical Errors

WE VALUE OUR CUSTOMERS, THEREFORE, ALL ORDERS HAVE 30 DAYS MONEY BACK GURANTEE from the date of Shipment.
IF for any reason you are not satisfied with our product purchased on SKINBYOSI.COM , Please follow these steps:
1. Make sure you have followed all procedure of the Right way to Utilize our products , refer to next section:

2. Please Contact our esthetician at:3103721609, to understand the Reason for your Return. Only After Her Approval you can then send us an email to : skinbyosispa@outlook.com with a copy of your Receipt and Picture of the Product you with to return.
3. All RETURN POSTAGE AND SHIPPING EXPENSES WILL BE PAID BY YOU, THE CUSTOMER.
4. SKIN BY OSI is NOT responsible for return postage, the cost of insurance or undelivered Items.
5. Send the package to the address we will provide you with.
6. Please allow 7-10 Business days to process your Refund upon receipt of the package at our Premises.
7. PLEASE NOTE: THE ORIGIANAL SHIPPING & HANDELING EXPENSES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND as well as any Discounts, Credits, Rebates or already refunds given to you in connection with that Specific Product.
As for the products usage by you, our package contains our FULL INSTRUCTION GUIDE AS HOW TO USE THE PRODUCTS. ANY ATTEMPT TO USE THE PRODUCT DIFFERENTLY THAN STATED IN OUR GUIDE and on the product itself, WILL BE CONSIDERED TORT ACTION OR NEGLIGENCE ,AND THEREFOR SKIN BY OSI WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR IT. pls see next paragraph.
PRODUCTS UTILIZE TERMS
Each product that leaves our warehouse, has been checked before it shipped out to you. Once you receive the product you should follow the “Directions of use” printed on the back of each product as well as on the Instruction Guide attached to the product. It is Necessary to make a patch test of the product to check for any sensitivity. This check is done by applying a very small amount of the cream to the skin in the back of your head behind your ear, wait 20 minutes then check for any signs of redness. If nothing appears, fell free to use and enjoy the product , recommended after 24 hours.
However, if signs of redness appears, please Contact us Immediately so we can Exchange the product for you. You will then have to ship the product back to us, by receiving the product here in our warehouse, we will ship to you a different product, after consulting with our Esthetician.
SKIN BY OSI will not be responsible, at any time after product has been shipped, for any Miss-Utilizing or Negligence related to the method of using the products Improperly. Our Customer Service Support line is open Monday through Friday 10am to 5pm for any of all your questions or issues related to our products.
REGARDING BUNDLES
Bundled items are included while supplies last. Items of similar or greater value may be substituted.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall SKINBYOSI.COM or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits.
PROCESSING TIME
Your order is thoroughly reviewed by our Credit Card Department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Once your order has passed the rigorous review by our Credit Card Department, it is sent to our warehouse for shipment.
NOTE - We do not charge your credit or debit card until your order is shipped, however we do attempt to get an authorization on your card for the amount of your order at the time your order is placed. This authorization is not a charge but still may utilize a portion of your credit limit or available funds making those funds or portion of your credit limit unavailable for other use. In the unlikely event that your order is delayed or canceled the authorization will expire and your credit limit or available funds will again become available for use. The amount of time it takes for an authorization to expire is dependent on the policies of the bank that issued your card and ranges from 1 to 7 business days.

If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible from our warehouse located in CALIFORNIA, U.S.A. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, they will not be shipped until we have received and processed the back-ordered inventory in our warehouse.

You and SKINBYOSI.COM agree to resolve any controversy, dispute, or claim arising out of or relating to your purchase of any product or service from SKINBYOSI.COM by binding Arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, or in a small claims court, and judgment on the arbitration award rendered by the Arbitrator(s) may be entered in a court having competent jurisdiction. This agreement to arbitrate is intended to be broadly interpreted and covers all controversies, disputes, claims arising out or relating to your purchase including, but not limited to contract claims, tort claims and statutory claims, or any combination of claims. We agree that the arbitration or small claim proceeding will take place in “SKINBYOSI’S , REDONDO-BEACH, CA.”
We agree that the American Arbitration Association shall administer the arbitration, and that the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Arbitration Rules and Mediation Procedures and Consumer Related Disputes Supplementary Procedures, if applicable, shall apply. These Arbitration Rules may be found on the American Arbitration Association's web site at www.adr.org .
This Arbitration Agreement affects your legal rights. Arbitration is resolved by a neutral party and not a judge or jury. There is less discovery and less exchange of information between the parties to an arbitration than might occur in a court proceeding. An arbitration award is final and binding and will only be overturned or reversed by a court in very limited circumstances. You agree that, by entering into this Agreement, you and SKINBYOSI.COM are each waiving the
right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action.
